About

Online Actors Retreat was born out of a philosophy to both connect and empower actors to being a working actor in the US and on US productions.

Created by Cat and Danny from talent agency, Union Management.

Union Management was founded in 2015 to provide a bespoke and individual way of working with actors. We are a strong advocate of the actor as a business and work directly with actors to develop this. Through this approach we found regular work for actors in Film, Television, Stage and Commercial and with a focus on the creativity and artistic side. Having good relationships and strong contacts in the US it has allowed us to support actors wanting to further their career in the States.

The Online Actors retreat are bringing together working Actors, Casting Directors, Dialect Coaches, Agents, Producers, and a Lawyer who specialises in assisting actors to work in the US, to equip actors with the knowledge they need.

We believe that knowledge is everything in the industry and the more knowledge you have, the more prepared you will be.

Attend live casting sessions with renowned US casting directors alongside your session participants. Perform duologues and text with expert advice and corrections as well as resume and headshot feedback.

Learn the basics of dialect with text and its importance with expert Dialect Coach Chris Lang as well as gaining valuable knowledge of he legality of working as an actor in the US from Lawyer Gill Brito.

Get feedback and advice on your pre recorded self tape as well as headshots and resume with US talent agency's RPM and Zero Gravity Management. Ask questions and gain valuable knowledge from our expert panel of industry professionals covering everything you need to know to help you succeed.
